ARTREND design was started in 2003 by Mr. Manish Desai along with a group of young, like minded architects and interior designers. We are in this field from 1998 and have handled a variety of projects ranging from domestic residences like houses, apartments etc. to commercial establishments like offices, restaurants and Industrial units. We have a strong and efficient team of architects and designers powered by an equally efficient and experienced team of contractors and skilled craftsmen.
Objective
We, at ARTREND design, emphasize not just on warm, visual appearances but also on functionality and comfort backed by design aesthetics. Over the past 11 years of its existence, we have, as mentioned earlier, handled a variety of projects and obviously an equal number of clients too. This has made us understand our clients better, resulting in better service to our clients. We, as a firm believe in providing quality service to our clients be it in design or turnkey execution. It is this commitment to quality that has kept us going strong in this highly competitive field. Our main objective is to give our clients value for their money for the trust that they have bestowed upon us.
Consultancy service
We provide consultancy services for architectural and interior design projects. If required, we can provide designs with necessary details for woodwork, flooring designs, electrical layouts, colour schemes and also details for furniture, upholstery light fixtures, bathroom fittings, accessories like wall hangings, paintings etc. We also provide material specifications and estimates for the same.
Construction and PMC services
We have a construction team comprising experienced contractors and qualified technicians for various construction projects from houses to commercial spaces and also public areas . If required we also offer Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for construction and interior projects.

Furniture is a very integral part of interior design. Furniture has to be trendy and at the same time functional, comfortable and ergonomically designed. This is definitely a tricky and challenging part of the design, especially when clients have their own ideas! Keeping this in mind we have now ventured into the furniture industry too. We make furniture to suit the customers’ needs/ design and most importantly – budget.
